Many of these nationwide clients have worked with Jim’s Father, James J. Cusack for decades when they clashed with unions. Class Action Cases
Following the BP Oil spill, Jim represented restaurants, hotels, and car dealerships along the Gulf Coast that who suffered economic damages that were recoverable under the BP global settlement agreement. Although many of these claims were disputed and took years to resolve, they ultimately resulted in millions of dollars in awards to these clients who were encouraged by Jim to seek the justice they deserved.
