Current Trends

Law is constantly changing and evolving. There are issues and trends that good lawyers should recognize and embrace. One of these trends is the current opioid crisis that has been created by the reckless conduct of prescription drug manufacturers and distributors who sought profit over the health and well-being of the patients that turned to doctors and hospitals for relief from pain.

Jim and a group of other lawyers recognized the need for change and banded together to find justice for these plaintiffs. He currently represents municipalities and hospitals who seek damages that were the result of deceptive and widespread marketing of addictive drugs. The reckless distribution of opioids that has caused death to addicts and great harm to the municipalities, policemen, firemen, paramedics, doctors, nurses and hospitals who have to shoulder the burden to rescue and treat these addicts. 

These cases are currently pending nationwide.
